Halina will be co ordinating this group, which will be held at St Lawrence's Church Hall, Sandy Lane, Mansfield.
As interest is high there are two classes running the same day, 10-10.45am and 11-11.45am.
Meetings will be on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays in the month. Cost is £5 per session.
Our third Pilates session took place on Thursday 12 March at St Lawrence's Church Hall. Joanna, who takes the class, is quite confident that we will all soon be able to get up from the floor, without putting our hands down on the mat!
